Senior TikTok Ad Manager (English Speaking)

Socialscale is building the infrastructure layer for the next era of social commerce. We've developed proprietary technology that enables brands to turn their fan communities into a distributed, performance-driven advertising channel — converting real audience relationships into measurable revenue at scale. On top of our platform, we run a full-service social commerce operations for a growing roster of e-commerce brands in Europe and the US. We move fast, we operate on scale, and we're building something that doesn't exist anywhere else yet. This role sits at the intersection of our managed services and our technology — you'll be running campaigns for real clients while working inside a company that is actively rewriting how social advertising works.

We're looking for a senior TikTok performance marketer to own campaign execution across our client portfolio. You'll manage significant budgets, work directly with our creative team on UGC strategy, and be the face of Socialscale for the international clients you support. This is a high-ownership role with real visibility — you'll report on performance, drive strategy, and scale what's working.


What you'll do

  • Manage and scale GMV Max campaigns across multiple TikTok Shops

  • Run performance campaigns driving traffic to Shopify storefronts and Amazon listings

  • Own and scale ad budgets exceeding US$100,000 per month

  • Take full responsibility for budget efficiency, ROAS, and growth targets

  • Collaborate with our creative team to brief, test, and boost UGC content

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients based in Europe and the US — communicating results, strategy, and recommendations in English


What we're looking for

  • Proven experience scaling TikTok ad campaigns, ideally for e-commerce brands

  • Hands-on experience managing monthly ad budgets of US$100K or more

  • Strong command of TikTok Ads Manager, including GMV Max and Shop campaigns

  • Experience running ads to Shopify and/or Amazon destinations

  • Strong written and spoken English — you'll be client-facing

  • Strategic mindset with a performance-driven, test-and-learn approach
