This role is for someone who treats AI tools as a creative superpower, not a shortcut. You'll be shaping what AIGC-driven social commerce content looks like at scale — for real brands, real campaigns, and real results.


About the role

You'll use AI generation tools to produce high volumes of video and visual content for e-commerce brands targeting audiences in Europe and the US. You'll work closely with our ad managers — iterating on creative based on TikTok trends and live campaign performance — and communicate directly with international clients in English. Speed, quality, and cultural fluency are equally important here.


You'll work with AI tools such as:

  • Kling / Wan

  • Midjourney

  • SeedDance

  • HeyGen

  • CapCut

  • ElevenLabsVoiceover

  • New emerging tools


What you'll do

  • Produce a high volume of AIGC video and visual content across multiple brand campaigns simultaneously

  • Use AI generation, avatar, and editing tools to create content that looks native to Western TikTok and social feeds

  • Adapt content based on TikTok trends, formats, and direct feedback from ad performance data

  • Collaborate with ad managers to align creative output with campaign goals and ROAS targets

  • Communicate directly with clients in Europe and the US — presenting work, receiving briefs, and iterating on feedback in English

  • Continuously test new AI tools and workflows to push output quality and production speed forward


What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools — video, image, avatar, or voice

  • Strong feel for Western content aesthetics, TikTok culture, and what stops a scroll

  • Ability to produce at high volume without losing quality or consistency

  • Comfort working with performance feedback — you see data as creative direction, not criticism

  • A genuine curiosity about the AIGC space — you follow new tools, test them early, and know what's worth using

  • Strong written and spoken English — client-facing communication is part of the role

  • Self-directed with a fast, efficient production mindset
