About the role

We're building fan communities into performance-driven advertising channels — for ourselves and for the brands we work with. As our Creator Community Intern, you'll be on the ground floor of that effort: finding creators, building relationships, and helping communities grow on TikTok and Instagram.

What you'll do

• Identify and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram who align with our brand and client communities

• Manage day-to-day community engagement — responding to comments, starting conversations, and keeping the energy alive

• Support onboarding new creators into the Socialscale platform and help them understand how it works

• Track community performance metrics and share weekly updates with the team

• Help shape outreach strategies and content ideas that drive creator participation

What we're looking for

• You're an active TikTok and Instagram user — you genuinely understand how these platforms work and what makes content resonate

• You're a strong communicator — you can write a DM that gets a reply and keep a conversation going

• You're proactive and self-directed — you don't wait to be told what to do next

• Currently enrolled in any program (marketing, communications, business, media, or anything else — we care more about your interests than your major)

• Based in Canada or the US

Nice to have

• Experience running, growing, or managing a social media account or community (personal or otherwise)

• Familiarity with creator culture, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships

• Interest in marketing technology, community platforms, or e-commerce
