This Data Request Policy explains how individuals may exercise their privacy rights regarding personal information processed by FRL Limited, operating Socialscale.ai, Likedby.com, and related services (“Socialscale”, “Likedby”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

  • Request deletion of your personal information.

  • Request restriction of certain processing activities.

  • Object to certain processing activities.

  • Request a copy of your personal information in a portable format, where applicable.

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on your consent.

These rights may be subject to legal limitations and exceptions.

2. How to Submit a Request

To help us process your request, please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your account

  • The name of your company (if applicable)

  • A description of your request

  • Any additional information that may help us locate your account

3. Identity Verification

To protect your privacy and security, we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.

If we cannot reasonably verify your identity, we may be unable to fulfill the request.

4. Requests Relating to Merchant Customer Data

If you purchased products from a merchant using Socialscale or Likedby, your personal information may be processed by us on behalf of that merchant.

In these situations:

  • The merchant is generally the data controller.

  • Socialscale acts as a data processor or service provider.

  • We may refer your request to the relevant merchant and assist them in responding.

You may also contact the merchant directly.

5. Deletion Requests

If you request deletion of your Socialscale or Likedby account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information once your request has been verified, unless we are required or permitted by law to retain certain information.

We may retain limited information where necessary for purposes including:

  • Compliance with legal obligations

  • Tax and accounting requirements

  • Fraud prevention

  • Security investigations

  • Dispute resolution

  • Enforcement of agreements

Such information will be retained only for as long as required by applicable law.

6. Response Time

We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 days, or within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Where permitted, we may extend this period if the request is particularly complex or if multiple requests are submitted. If an extension is necessary, we will notify you.

7. No Fee

We generally do not charge a fee for responding to legitimate privacy requests.

However, where permitted by law, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee or refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.
