We’re looking for a Customer Success who owns relationships end-to-end, drives account expansion, and ensures brands successfully scale their social commerce operations with us.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, revenue, and client partnerships.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be focused on ensuring customer satisfaction, effectively managing client relationships, and driving customer retention. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and assist them in achieving success with the Socialscale platform. Daily tasks include monitoring client performance metrics, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales (ideally SaaS, MarTech, influencer marketing, or social commerce)

  • Proven ability to grow accounts and reduce churn

  • Strong commercial mindset — you understand revenue and performance metrics

  • Strategic thinker who can translate product features into business outcomes

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and CRM systems

  • Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment


Bonus if you:

  • Have worked with influencer marketing, creator platforms, or TikTok/Amazon/Shopify ecosystems

  • Understand social commerce mechanics and creator-driven sales models
