This is a full-time role for someone who lives inside CapCut, thinks in cuts and captions, and knows instinctively what makes a TikTok video stop a Western audience mid-scroll.


About the role

You'll be editing short-form video at scale — working across multiple brand campaigns simultaneously, turning raw footage and AI-generated assets into polished, platform-ready content. You'll work closely with our AIGC creators and ad managers, iterating quickly based on TikTok trends and performance data. This is a production-heavy role where speed, consistency, and a sharp eye for what works in Western feeds are equally critical.

  • Kling / Wan

  • Midjourney

  • SeedDance

  • HeyGen

  • CapCut

  • ElevenLabsVoiceover

  • New emerging tools


What you'll do

  • Edit a high volume of short-form videos daily across multiple brand campaigns

  • Cut, pace, and format content specifically for TikTok — hooks, captions, transitions, sound design

  • Use AI editing tools to accelerate production without compromising output quality

  • Adapt edits rapidly based on TikTok trend shifts and live ad performance feedback

  • Collaborate with AIGC creators and ad managers to align edit style with creative strategy

  • Maintain organised asset libraries and efficient file handoff workflows across the team

  • Continuously test new editing tools and templates to improve speed and consistency


What we're looking for

  • Strong, proven experience in CapCut — you know the platform deeply, not just the basics

  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted editing tools: auto-captions, AI B-roll, smart cut, or similar

  • A sharp instinct for short-form pacing, hooks, and what keeps Western audiences watching

  • Ability to handle high output volume without drop-off in quality or consistency

  • Comfortable working from performance data — if something isn't converting, you want to know why and fix it

  • Fast, self-directed, and reliable — this team moves quickly and needs editors who move with it
